The gutter and window business has one of the highest turnover rates in home services. Companies appear after a hail season, run hard for two or three years, and disappear when the insurance claims dry up. New franchises open, sell a territory to a local operator, and fold when the franchise model doesn’t work in a market this size. Fly-by-night crews from out of state chase storm damage across North Texas every spring, collect deposits, and move on before the work is finished.
We’re not that. We’ve been at the same address for years. Our name is on the building and on the BBB profile. Our phone number reaches Waxahachie, not a call center. When a gutter clogs, overflows, or is undersized for the drainage load, the excess water doesn’t just fall to the ground. It runs down the exterior wall. It saturates the window frame below. It works into the seal between the window and the rough opening. It pools on the sill and wicks into the framing. Over months and years, that water — the same water the gutter was supposed to manage — rots the window sill, degrades the seal, promotes mold in the wall cavity, and shortens the window’s life by years.
A window company installs your new windows and leaves. They don’t look up. They don’t assess the gutter system dumping water onto the frame they just installed. A gutter company installs your new gutters and leaves. They don’t look down. They don’t notice the window below that’s already showing the damage from years of overflow.
We look at the whole wall because we work on the whole wall. When we install windows, we check the gutters above them. When we install gutters, we check the windows below them. We serve Ellis County, south Dallas County, and the southern edge of Tarrant County. We chose this service area deliberately. It’s the geography we can cover without spreading thin. Every city is within 30 minutes of our shop.
